Ingredients
1 | kilo | pork belly, skinless |
2 | packs | Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Pinoy Party Style 250g |
1 | Tbsp | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | Tbsp | yellow mustard |
3 | Tbsp | pineapple jam |
1 | tsp | dried sage |
1 | tsp | black pepper, ground |
1 | tsp | cumin |
1 | tsp | salt |
Procedure:
- Mix all ingredients in Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Pinoy Party Style. Marinate the pork belly in mixture for 24 hours.
- Cook marinated pork over grill, then cook remaining marinade into a glaze.
- Serve and enjoy!
