Ingredients
1 | pc | red onion, julienned |
½ | Tbsp | garlic, coarsely chopped |
½ | cup | green bell pepper, chopped |
½ | cup | red bell pepper, chopped |
250 | g | ground beef |
1 | can | red kidney beans |
½ | tsp | Mexican spice mix or Taco mix |
3 | pcs | tortilla (8 inch) |
300 | g | cheddar cheese, grated |
2 | packs | Hunts Spaghetti Sauce Parmesan Cheese 250g |
to taste | salt and pepper |
Procedure:
- In a medium non-stick pan, sauté onion, garlic, and bell peppers. After 3 mins stir in ground beef, red kidney beans and Mexican spice mix. Divide mixture to 3 equal servings.
- Lay tortilla wrap on a clean pan, then add ground beef and vegetables mixture in the middle of the tortilla, top with half of grated cheddar cheese , thenroll.
- Transfer filled tortillas on a sauce pan end sides down, cover with Hunts Spaghetti Sauce Parmesan Cheese and grated cheese. Simmer for 4-5 mins, then serve.
