Ingredients
8 | pcs | burger patties |
1 | pc | white onion, diced |
5 | cloves | garlic, minced |
2 | Tbsp | butter |
½ | cup | button mushrooms, sliced |
¼ | cup | flour |
½ | cup | beef stock (or dissolve beef bouillon in hot water) |
1 | pack | Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Parmesan Cheese 1kg |
¼ | cup | soy sauce |
1 | Tbsp | brown sugar |
1 | Tbsp | minced parsley for garnish |
2 | Tbsp | cooking oil |
Procedure:
- Fry burger patties until outsides are browned and set aside (do not cook all the way through). Saute onion and garlic in oil and butter, then add mushrooms.
- Add in flour, then mix until it browns a bit. Pour in beef stock, then whisk until mixture thickens.
- Pour in Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Parmesan Cheese, and soy sauce , then simmer for a few minutes.
- Season with sugar, salt and pepper, then add in burgers into pan. Continue simmering for 10 more minutes. Serve on platter and top with parsley.
