Ingredients
5 | cloves | garlic, finely crushed |
1 | pc | onion, chopped |
4 | Tbsp | margarine |
1 | kg | chicken, cut into 8 pcs |
4 | pcs | chorizo de bilbao, sliced |
1 | pack | Hunt's Tomato Sauce 1Kg |
¼ | cup | soy sauce |
1 | can | liver spread 85g |
1 | cup | cheddar cheese, grated |
2 | pcs | siling labuyo, chopped |
½ | tsp | salt |
½ | tsp | pepper |
Procedure:
- Sauté garlic and onions in margarine.
- Add chicken and chorizo de bilbao (w/ lard).
- Pour in Hunt's Tomato Sauce, soy sauce, and , then add liver spread, cheddar cheese, and siling labuyo.
- Add a little water (enough to cover chicken pcs) , then simmer until cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
