Ingredients
200 | g | tempura batter (showa), mixed according to package instructions |
500 | g | chicken breast fillet |

¼ | pc | lemon |
1/2 | cup | flour |
1 | L | cooking oil |
1/4 | cup | garlic, chopped |
1/2 | g | butter |
1 | pack | Hunt's Tomato Sauce 250g |
1/2 | g | white sugar |
1/4 | tsp | parsley, chopped |
Procedure:
- Cut chicken into 1 cm cubes and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Coat with flour and dip into batter. Fry in medium heat until crispy, then set aside.
- Sauté garlic in butter until light brown. Add in Hunt's Tomato Sauce and sugar, then simmer.
- Season with salt and pepper. Mix remaining butter. Toss chicken with sauce, then sprinkle with parsley.
