Ingredients
1 | pack | Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Pinoy Party Style 1kg |
1 | L | cooking cream |
500 | g | penne pasta |
4 | pcs | chicken breast fillet, cut into strips |
2 | cans | button mushroom 156g |
1 | cup | asparagus, cut into 1 inch |
1 | cup | bacon, sliced |
5 | cloves | garlic, chopped |
1 | pc | onion, chopped |
½ | cup | parmesan cheese |
2 | Tbsp | vegetable oil |
To taste | basil leaves (optional) |
Procedure:
- In a big pot, fry bacon until crispy. Set aside half of the bacon for garnish.
- In the same pot, sauté onion, garlic, asparagus, and button mushrooms. Add the chicken strips, and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add cooking cream, and simmer for 15 minutes. Mix occasionally.
- Add Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Pinoy Party Style, and simmer for 10 minutes. Mix occasionally.
- Cook penne according to package instructions, then mix well with the sauce. Serve with parmesan cheese and crispy bacon on top.
