Ingredients
1 | Tbsp | olive oil |
2 | Tbsp | butter |
1 | tsp. | garlic, chopped |
2 | Tbsp | white onions, chopped |
¾ | cup | chorizo de bilbao or Pamplona, sliced into ¼ " cubes |
1 | cup | chicken breast meat, cut into ½" cubes |
1 | pc | red bell pepper or Green pepper or both |
4 | cups | cooked white rice |
1 | pack | Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Parmesan Cheese 250g |
1 | tsp | paprika bilbao |
To taste | salt / pepper | |
5 | pcs | egg |
¼ | cup | green peas |
Procedure:
- Cook sunny side up eggs.
- Saute onions, garlic, roasted red bell pepper, green peas and chorizo in olive oil and butter. Add chicken meat then cook until tender.
- Add Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Parmesan Cheese and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Toss in rice then season with salt and pepper.
- Mold in a bowl or a big cup, then top with sunny side up egg. Serve and enjoy.
