Ingredients
2 | Tbsp | corn oil |
1 | clove | garlic, minced |
1 | pc | white onion, finely chopped |
1 | can | corned beef |
1 | pack | Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Pinoy Party Style 250g |
½ | cup | all-purpose cream |
1 | cup | chicken stock or water |
½ | cup | cheddar cheese, grated |
½ | tsp | salt |
½ | tsp | pepper |
600 | g | cooked macaroni |
1 | cup | cheddar cheese, grated (for topping) |
Procedure:
- Sauté garlic, onions and corned beef in corn oil. Add Hunt's Pinoy Style Spaghetti Sauce, cream and chicken stock or water.
- Add cheese and simmer for 10 minutes to thicken. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss in macaroni noodles and put in an oven proof casserole. Top with cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
