Ingredients
1 | Tbsp | cooking oil |
2 | Tbsp | garlic, minced |
¼ | cup | chopped onion |
1 | kilo | pork belly, sliced |
1 | Tbsp | soy sauce |
3 | cups | water |
2 | cans | Hunt's Pork & Beans 230g |
3 | pcs | calamansi |
to taste | salt and pepper |
Procedure:
- Heat oil in a pan, then saute garlic and onion. Add pork, soy sauce and water.
- Simmer until pork is tender. Add Hunt's Pork & Beans and calamansi juice, then season with salt and pepper.
