Ingredients
2 | pcs | chicken leg and thigh, deboned , then cut into strips |
¼ | tsp | salt |
¼ | tsp | pepper |
½ | cup | flour |
2 | pcs | tofu, chopped |
1 | pack | Hunt's Tomato Sauce 115g |
1/4 | cup | sweet chili sauce |
2 | Tbsp | tomato ketchup |
2 | Tbsp | soy sauce |
1/4 | cup | brown sugar |
2 | Tbsp | hot sauce |
1/4 | cup | water |
1 | pc | leek, cut into long strips, then soaked in cold water |
Procedure:
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then dip in flour. Deep fry until golden and crispy.
- Cut tofu into strips, then deep fry until crispy.
- In a sauce pan, mix Hunt's Tomato Sauce, sweet chili sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, hot sauce, and water. Simmer until thick and soupy.
- Toss chicken and tofu into the mixture. Garnish with sliced leeks before serving.
