Ingredients
1 | Tbsp | corn oil |
5 | cloves | garlic, chopped |
2 | pcs | onion, chopped |
400 | g | pork belly, sliced |
200 | g | pork liver, sliced |
1 | pack | Hunt's Pinoy Tomato Sauce 200g |
1 ½ | cups | water |
5 | pcs | hotdog, sliced |
1 | pc | carrot, cubed |
2 | pcs | potato, cubed |
½ | cup | raisin |
¾ | cup | coconut milk |
1 | Tbsp | soy sauce |
¼ | tsp | salt |
¼ | tsp | pepper |
Procedure:
- Sauté garlic, onions, pork belly and liver in oil.
- Pour in Hunt's Pinoy Tomato Sauce and water. Add hotdogs, carrots, and potatoes, then simmer until tender. Add raisins.
- Pour in coconut milk. Simmer for 10 minutes, then season with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
