Ingredients
1 | Tbsp | onion, finely chopped |
1 | Tbsp | celery, finely chopped |
1 | Tbsp | red bell pepper, finely chopped |
1/3 | cup | bacon, diced |
2 | cans | Hunt's Pork & Beans 390g |
1 | cup | water |
1/4 | tsp | salt |
1/4 | tsp | pepper |
4 | pcs | bacon strips, fried |
Procedure:
- Saute onion, celery, and bell pepper until soft. Add bacon and continue sauteeing until bacon releases fat.
- Add Hunt's Pork & Beans and water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with crispy bacon on top. Serve hot.
