Ingredients

4 | pcs | chicken broth cubes |
3 | pcs | chorizo, chopped |
1/4 | cup | white onions, chopped |
½ | head | garlic, chopped |
1½ | pcs | celery, chopped |
1 | pc | bell pepper, chopped |
1/4 | cup | butter |
1 | kg | Jasmine rice, uncooked |
1 | pack | Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Pinoy Party Style 250g |
30 | g | parsley, chopped |
Procedure:
- Boil water, then add broth cubes. Set aside.
- In a sauce pot, saute chorizo, onion, garlic, celery, and bell pepper in butter. Add uncooked rice and Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Pinoy Party Style. Mix thoroughly.
- Pour in broth, then mix while simmering for 10 minutes or until rice is cooked.
- Using a fork, spread out rice onto plate and sprinkle with parsley.
- Serve and enjoy!
