Ingredients
2 | Tbsp | butter |
⅛ | kg | ground beef |
1 | Tbsp | soy sauce |
1 | Tbsp | ketchup |
1/4 | tsp | cumin powder |
To taste | salt and pepper | |
1 | can | Hunt's Pork & Beans 175g |
6 | pcs | jumbo hotdogs, steamed until cooked |
6 | pcs | hotdog buns, cut in half and toasted |
2 | Tbsp | onion, chopped |
2 | Tbsp | pickle relish |
1 | bar | quick melt cheddar cheese, grated |
Procedure:
- Melt butter in a pan, then add ground beef, soy sauce, and ketchup. Stir fry until cooked.
- Add cumin and season very well. Pour Hunt's Pork & Beans, and simmer for five minutes.
- Place hotdogs in toasted buns, and pour over beef and beans mixture. Garnish with onions, pickles relish, and grated cheese.
