Ingredients

2 Tbsp butter
kg ground beef
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp ketchup
 1/4 tsp cumin powder
To taste   salt and pepper 
1 can Hunt's Pork & Beans 175g
6 pcs jumbo hotdogs, steamed until cooked
6 pcs hotdog buns, cut in half and toasted
2 Tbsp onion, chopped
2 Tbsp pickle relish
1 bar quick melt cheddar cheese, grated

Procedure:

  1. Melt butter in a pan, then add ground beef, soy sauce, and ketchup. Stir fry until cooked.
  2. Add cumin and season very well. Pour Hunt's Pork & Beans, and simmer for five minutes.
  3. Place hotdogs in toasted buns, and pour over beef and beans mixture. Garnish with onions, pickles relish, and grated cheese.
