Ingredients
1 | pack | Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Basil &Cheese 1kg |
500 | g | fettuccini |
¾ | kg | fresh prawns |
½ | cup | chorizo, sliced |
1 | Tbsp | ginger, chopped |
1 | Tbsp | garlic |
1 | Tbsp | capers, chopped |
2 | Tbsp | shallots, chopped |
3 | Tbsp | vegetable oil |
To taste | salt | |
To taste | black pepper | |
cheddar cheese, grated (optional for topping) |
Procedure:
- Cook fettuccini according to package instructions, then set aside.
- Clean prawns properly, then dash with salt and pepper.
- In a big pot, saute prawns, ginger, garlic, shallots, chorizo, and capers in oil. Set aside half of sauteed prawns for garnishing.
- Add Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Tomato Basil & Cheese in the remaining prawns. Simmer for 2 minutes in low heat, then add fettuccini pasta.
- Mix sauce with pasta, then top with cheddar cheese and prawns for garnishing.
