Ingredients
3 | Tbsp | butter |
1 | Tbsp | onions, chopped |
2 | Tbsp | bell peppers, chopped |
6-8 | pcs | shrimps, peeled, de-veined and with tail on |
8-10 | pcs | mussels, pre-boiled, half-shelled |
8-10 | pcs | clams, pre-boiled, half-shelled |
1/2 | pc | squid, cleaned and sliced into rings |
3 | cups | cooked rice |
1 | pack | Hunt's Tomato Sauce 250g |
2 | pcs | hard boiled eggs, sliced |
To | taste | salt and pepper |
Procedure:
- Heat butter, then saute onions and bell peppers. Add in shrimps, mussels, clams, and squid; cook halfway.
- Mix in rice and Hunt's Tomato Sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a serving plate, then garnish with hard-boiled eggs.
