Ingredients
1 | Tbsp | vegetable oil |
1 | clove | garlic, minced |
1 | Tbsp | white onion, sliced |
1 | Tbsp | tomato paste |
100 | g | ground beef |
100 | g | canned tomatoes, crushed |
1 | cup | chicken stock |
1 | pack | Hunt's Chili Beef & Beans 100g |
¼ | cup | corn kernels, drained |
To taste | salt and ground black pepper | |
1 | tsp | cumin |
½ | tsp | chili powder |
1 | tsp | paprika |
6 | pcs | nacho chips |
Procedure:
- Over medium heat, add vegetable oil in a saucepot. Sauté garlic and onions, then add tomato paste.
- Add beef, canned tomatoes, and chicken stock. Bring to a boil then simmer.
- Pour in Hunt's Chili Beef and Beans and corn.
- Season with salt and pepper, then simmer for about 20 minutes or until flavors have combined well.
- Ladle into soup bowls then top with nacho chips. Serve piping hot.
