Ingredients
1 | pack | Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Parmesan Cheese 1kg |
1 1/2 | cup | grated cheddar cheese |
1 1/2 | cup | Alpine full cream milk (replace with cream if you want a thicker sauce) |
1 | pack | spaghetti pasta, 800g |
3 | Tbsp | butter |
3 | cans | tuna in oil, 165g (drained) |
3 | whole | red onion, chopped |
3/4 | Tbsp | vegetable oil |
3/4 | cup | parmesan cheese (for garnish) |
1 1/2 | Tbsp | basil, sliced thinly or 1/4 Tbsp dried basil (for garnish) |
To taste | salt & pepper |
Procedure:
- Melt butter in a hot pan. Before it completely melts, add 3/4 Tbsp of oil. Saute onions and then add the tuna flakes.
- Add Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Parmesan Cheese. Pour in full cream milk, mix in grated cheddar cheese. Once the cheese melts, simmer for 3 minutes then season it with salt and pepper.
- Pour in sauce over cooked spaghetti and top with parmesan cheese and basil.
