Ingredients
1 | Tbsp | cooking oil |
2 | pcs | onion, diced |
8 | cloves | garlic, minced |
5 | pcs | tomato, diced |
12 | pcs | button mushroom, diced |
6 | slices | ham, diced |
5 | pcs | eggplant, diced |
1 | pack | Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Pinoy Party Style 1kg |
½ | cup | pitted black olives, sliced |
1 | Tbsp | paprika |
2 to 3 | drops | hot sauce |
2 | pcs | egg |
1 | cup | cheddar cheese, grated |
10 | pcs | pandesal |
Procedure:
- Sautee onion, garlic and tomatoes. Add in mushrooms, ham and eggplant.
- Add Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce Pinoy Party Style and black olives, then season with paprika, hot sauce, salt and pepper.
- Crack the eggs on top of the mixture and add the cheese. Cover and cook until eggs are done
- Serve with toasted pandesal on the side.
